Compassion driven by values

Strong leadership, sound judgement

Developing sport as an economic driver

Working to leave this city a better place for future generation

My involvement in our community includes:

It is important that we recognise and honour those who have built our city so I initiated a permanent reminder of these people by constructing a Civic Honours Board in the renewed Civic Administration Building

We love a vibrant community. Two initiatives I have led to achieve this are the Monopoly World Record for the most families and groups playing at one time and the visit of the Queens Baton prior to the Commonwealth Games - both in the Square.
