| The vision I have for our city is that we become the premier provincial city of New Zealand. We are not there yet, but are well on the way. This is primarily about the top quality life style our citizens enjoy. It is a city people love living in, a prosperous place, a place where people feel they belong and are proud to call home.
It is also about creating a dynamic, vibrant, caring community that is strong economically, socially, culturally and environmentally.
I will hold both in balance, working to move the Papaioea Ward and the city forward in a planned and innovative way.”
